White screen at startup, Windows 10 (Counter-Strike: Source)

When I start the game, there is a loading background menu, then whiteness pops up, like in Burnout Paradise, but here it just can't be closed, I don't know what it is. On the eight, this version worked stably, when you hover the mouse, the buttons make a sound - it means that the cop did not hang on me - hmm. Maybe for yesterday's update (v86)?
