The construction of the ships (Hearts of Iron 4)

There are several classes of ships.
Large ships are built by five shipyards small ten.

1) Battleships:

It doesn't matter where your shipyards are located. Only their number is important. In the build menu, where you set the number of shipyards that will build the ship, you can choose where it will appear, when it will be ready and which fleet it will join.

The signs do not mean anything, you can choose any you like from the list.
