In the block you can 2/15 + / 20 dex and one ring without fcr. Units are brewed with icb here (at the moment no one is brewing them at all ... units are currently crafting caster craft amuleti) and you probably won't find two usable rings with fcr / 15 hp mp here ... or even spit on these 15 dex and wear sojik + rare ring with fcr + amulet 2/15 +.
You can stick a shael somewhere and change fhr from sk / sc to hp by the way.
