Descending and a lot of bucks from the sale, a bug? Help! (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

So I went to go through and then bam this is 16k and 11k on sale, and after all, there is a drop in the sea in these depths, my chtoli is buggy? I did not use any cheats at all, everything is fair and nafig mods are not needed, but why is this so?
