Bug in the quest \ "History of Ciri. The King of Wolves \" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I don't even know if it's a bug or not. In short, I can not collect dog parsley i.e. I see that here it is growing, but on the mini-map there is no leaf icon in place of the parsley and the collection button does not work on it I collected everything except parsley. Help who can. Thanks in advance.

Tried running. I reloaded the save a hundred times, nothing helps, perhaps this is due to patch 1.10 which fixed 600 bugs and introduced the same amount.

I found out something else this bug only with Ciri. Geralt calmly picks this parsley.
