Don't get to the West Reach. (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

Guys, I'm trying to get to the Western Reach on the main quest, but the location won't load (endless loading). What to do, please tell me.
How many times have I tried to complete the game, and still it does not work out (((( There should not be any problems with the repack, judging by the comments of other players, everything was fine with them.

I donâ€™t know about the West Reach, but I had an endless load at the entrance to the location because of all sorts of different mods. I found the interfering one, deleted it, everything loads normally and the rest of the mods do not interfere.

I also had endless downloads, only in Crestwood, although the game is licensed!
I had to close the game, load it again (I didn't install mods at all)! Now I am not traveling to Crestwood at this point!
