LAN problem (Tom Clancy's HAWX)

A friend stupidly does not see my created games. I can see the one created by it, but I cannot connect (the timeout is "exceeded").
But the whole point is that 10 minutes before that we played the games I created and everything was perfect. The problem is seen in the link computer-computer, apparently, it cannot receive my data. Of course, everything is in order with the firewall, the router was rebooting, in a word, there shouldn't be any problems.
