Problems with WEB COMPANION (FIFA 16)

Hello everyone! I can’t be on the webcam. I go in, I entered all the codes (even the one with the generation from Google) on the screen, only 3 advertisements and that's it. I play on PS4 acc 2013, I have not used the web before. Who had similar problems, please respond !!!!!!
