Barrel in a tavern (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

When I come to tell Olgerd about my first wish, his people in the tavern talk about fish, and one of them is sitting on an empty barrel smelling of fish. The barrel is highlighted in red. What's this? Easter egg? Quest start?
