Freezes when loading saves (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The game freezes when loading a save, just a loading screen and an icon, sounds go and that's it, "does not respond" in the task manager. I don’t know what this could be connected with.
Played "Stone Hearts" died and stopped loading. Old saves are loaded, but they are very old. I played without mods.
