Low fps (Pathfinder: Kingmaker)

Hello! Faced with the same problem: Low Fps. 30-40 shots, and in battle, (15-25) at any graphics settings. Sometimes the truth still rises to 50. Config i5-2320, ddr3 16gb, rtx2070. The processor is loaded on 45-55% and the graphics card is 30-35%. Tell me what the problem in hardware or something else.

played on the fx 8320e and gtx 970 on ultra, at 1080p and the fps was within 40-60 frames.

In your version are not guilty of iron, and driver.
