There is no directX 11 in the game !!! (WRC 5)

I donâ€™t understand whatâ€™s the matter. Firstly, the game weighs 19 gig, and not 25 as reported by the developers. Secondly, the directX 11 mode does not switch in the game. Only directX 9 what could be the matter? 980Ti Windows 8.1 x64

Open the "SmartSteamEmu.ini" file in a text editor and add the line "CommandLine = -dx11"
