Fountain and Bridge (Sketch Tales)

Completed two quests, met another mob who also asks for a coin. restored the fountain and some sparks appeared at the end of the bridge. but the question is: is it possible to cross the bridge? Or is it an early version and only this island is available here? tell me what and how, got confused.
