Save transfer issue (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In general, although the second part was not on this computer, the third witcher asked about the transfer of the saves, I refused, but nothing happened in the castle in Vizima, no one asked me about anything in terms of elections from the second part. I play with a steam license. I have already gone far enough and I would not want to start all over again for a couple of quests, since this is not the first time I have been going through it.
