Characters don't move (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

After updating the Witcher and installing Stone Hearts, strange bugs began with the game. The textures began to stretch for half a kilometer and sometimes disappear. Quest characters who should lead Geralt somewhere do not move. Because of this, you can't get to Emgyr at the very beginning of the game.
