Crash on launch (Fallout 3)

Recently I decided to remember my youth and install Fallout 3. Well, the game is like a game, I downloaded it, I launch it and then a black screen and a crash ... that's always the way. Maybe someone knows how to help? I installed compatibility, I did not install patches. May not help

What system are you trying to run on? If Win7 + then you need to fix it.
