Build for tipling without racial penalty. (Pathfinder: Kingmaker)

I would like to play for tipling without racial penalty to performance (desired level of warlock or Magnus) with at least 5 skill points per level. Advise a build that allows you to get buns from high intelligence or having a thief, bard or Inquisitor.
