Game crashes (XCOM: Enemy Unknown)

When I finish the third mission, where you need to knock out the aliens from the cafe and collect the composition. As soon as the mission ends the game crashes

Well, that's not news.

In cases of departure, either you have to select the "start mission again" item in the menu, or load autosave on the base.
That is, you load, wait for the mission to appear and fly there.

If it does not help and the crash still occurs, I have to reinstall the game (I have a game license).
