Errors when launching Steam

I bought several new games via STEAM, when launched, it instantly crashes with two messages:
1) sorry this account is not authorized to access this game
2) the application failed to intialize
Help please!

I am authorized and have checked and tried the integrity of the cache on different computers where everything worked before. I noticed that this problem is only related to telltale games (The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Back to the Future: The Game).
