Formation of a high-level main base (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

Please tell me about such a game moment. I want to achieve maximum unit levels at the main base. In the free movement mode, there are soldiers of ranks S and S + and all the others. Scanning a soldier for his rank every time is very lazy.

There is also a moment with the constant arrival of volunteers, both smart and not so.

In this regard, the question is who is dismissed by the base when the maximum personnel is exceeded? What is the algorithm? It is much more optimal and faster for me to stupidly fulton all soldiers in a row, i.e. sending the necessary S and S + to the base, as well as unnecessary all the others. But when most of the personnel become S-grade, will they not be dismissed by the base when recruiting left soldiers?

Ideally, an option is presented to me in which, if I send everyone in a row to the base, i.e. 10-15 soldiers at a time from one location, then the high-ranking soldiers I need replace soldiers from the staff of the main base, i.e. first go to the guardhouse, and the soldiers in the state leave, and if I am a Fulton of a low-ranking soldier, he leaves immediately after evacuation, if his level does not allow him to take a place in the state, but does the game support such an algorithm?

So it seems like it is as you described, I followed those who were fired from me so it took the worst first and then

i.e. If I evacuate some kind of left soldier, does he leave immediately after the evacuation, without even getting into the guardhouse?

I can't say for sure, but if he is worse than the others, then he will definitely not get into the squads only if he is not some kind of specialist

no one quits, the best ones automatically go to the platforms, and the worst, who did not fit into the ranks of empty seats on the platforms, sit in the waiting room, you must personally fire them. Let's say you have a combat platform for 125 people, if you find 125 S ++ soldiers, they will be distributed to the combat platform, and all A, A +, A ++ that were there before will sit in the waiting room, since better soldiers took their place , the waiting room is endless.

Atlasth the
waiting room is not endless, the game itself at some point starts to fire people when the waiting room is full. 200 people fit into it

answers are incorrect, the size of the waiting room is equal to the maximum size of the base, i.e. in the presence of the main base - 700 people, in the presence of one PB - 1400. If you develop all platforms to the stop, the size of the waiting room will be equal to ZERO (right now I have 45 seats with three unfinished platforms). So, those soldiers whom I evacuate, over 45 in number, end up in the guardhouse, and the soldiers from the state will be thrown off. In this regard, I need to know who exactly ends up in the guardhouse. If I evacuate a weak soldier, he immediately quits or still first goes to the guardhouse, which means that some soldier from the state quits because of him

oh, clearly, I didn’t know, it’s just a dash there, I thought it’s endless. Although the question logically suggested itself, where are they endlessly keeping them there, then at the base? but somehow he omitted it, thought you never know. Now it is clear.
