Endless synchronization in the game ... (LA Noire)

All the rules I start the game and there is synchronization and does not end in any way what to do help pliz?

On the laptop there was this problem on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, on the Windows 7 computer everything was without problems, which is strange. I was googling for several days, but in the end I found a solution, the problem was in the social club, I synchronized only on the version of Rockstar Social Club v1.1.5.8 and only on it, I tried many versions, the social club was determined, the save went through the synchronization and the game went into on the menu!!!
