Dawnguard and Dragonborn add-ons do not work on LE (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I installed several mods that, it seems, should not harm the dopes, but it seems that something eventually broke. Now the game has invisible npc with visible weapons, which are add-ons. Is it possible to somehow resume the work of dlc or do you have to reinstall everything?

order of loading plugins, check, mods should be below dls in the list

Kapets I'm blind of course, I rummaged a little and there was "Disabled" on the dlc. Thank you))
