How to unlock the parking "I can do anything" in ets 2? (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

tried to change g_simple_parking_doubles "1" to g_simple_parking_doubles "0" but nothing changed.
Please tell me how to solve this problem?

At the default one hundred gas stations, everything is ok. and if the trigger does not work, it means that the load does not fit. Drive into the activation zone more precisely. Or unhook the load temporarily and seize it.
