Officially PC game c 2014 from publisher WB Games support the DS4.
Icons, the icons are from the Playstation already present in all PC versions.

Just attach the original DualShock 4 by means of Bluetooth 3.0 adapter or through standard USB cable from Samsung.

And the DualShock 3 after a change of generations in 2013 is not supported.

hmm...like the previous MK satisfies the conditions, but in DS4 it at me not worked.... there's even a kind of fashion, some did for support.

I have via Bluetooth and caption buttons from the box pada. gamepads second revision...
PS I tried using wire to connect one figure button from Boxing.

There is such program Input Mapper 1.6. - tipo driver.
I installed it, its simple to install , and disable AutoPlay.
To use it is not necessarily the main thing that was installed.

The main DS4Windows 1.4.52 , that I use now
