How to solve a bug in GTA? (Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy)

How to complete this mission? it is not the most passable in the gta remaster in this video it was advised to download the fix did it like there but it didnâ€™t help any more ideas?

There is one fan fix that fixes this, I tried it, it works fine. Well, or the official patch from the developers can be downloaded.
