Deny door for .. (The Sims 4)

Reinstalled Windows 8.1, put a repack from the mechanics with the latest updates and for some reason I cannot open the doors in my house, only the menu "Deny the door for .." appears and there you can select the type of entry no one except family members, employees, the hero himself, and everyone ... I can't even leave the house.
