Falling FPS at night (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Good day. I switched from version 1.19 to 1.21. At 1.20 in the change was the geographic position of the sun in the countries of Scandinavia. However, I now have there (eg in Stockholm) at night FPS is lower than during the day, although it should be the other way around. Everything is fine in Europe: day> night. Who faced this and is it normal?

FPS is always lower at night than during the day. As soon as the lights in the cities and the lights in the car turn on, the FPS drops.

For me personally, at night FPS is almost 2 times higher than during the day!

I say that it used to be like this, but in Scandinavia now everything is the other way around, and in Europe everything is fine.
