Missing Rampage Mission [iPad] (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City)

I crashed a couple of times when I took a mission near the lighthouse in the ocean beach area, rebooted the game, failed the mission, and after that it flew out again and the mission disappeared and was not counted, there is no mission, and 34 out of 35 are counted now I can not pass 100% , tell me plz can change there through ifile or even easier.
