if purely hp compare: with shako ~ 140 hp (after bo it will not increase) and 6 stats (24hp * 2 due to bo), and 28 + 10 stats from a tiara can be thrown into a whit, for a barb * 4 hp = +152 (and after more * 2)
total: ~ 190hp with shako vs ~ 300hp with this circlet.
it must be compared with the arreat face, then it just loses.
