Secondary sword bug (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
Help who came across. After traveling on Skellig, a phantom sword appeared on Geralt's back. If you remove all weapons and armor, then the sword remains hanging in the air near the back. If equipped, the used and phantom swords hang in each other. How to fix this bug? Sorry for not screenshot, photographed from PS4.

Try to start a mission where all weapons are removed from you, such as a fist fight or to remove a courtesan in a brothel. Although I suppose that you have a thread of mod ... because I saw only a problem with a crossbow instead of a sword.
