Don't write bullshit. Repacks with completely cut sound do not exist on Pek.
In general, maybe the problem is in the headphones / speakers?

I thought so too, but all other sounds are present except for voices.

If there are no voices, but there are other sounds, then most likely there is a problem with the sound files. Have you tried another repack or a license?

I have a License (I downloaded it on the incentive) and there is no voice acting in the cut scenes either. I downloaded a pirate - there in the cut scenes in English. I can hear the voice acting - I don't understand anything.
