Save issue in Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

I downloaded Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain v1.0.1 and after the "silent" mission the save was deleted. And how lazy to go through again! What is the problem?
