No selectable DC Grenades (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

And you didn't think to take it you need to have a certain grass, look what it requires and see what is missing, so go to the forest to collect herbs

before the start or already in the location

if the second there seems to be saying that the last weapon will be replaced
or maybe a glitch try to restart
