levels, actually. To brew just a skiller without hp, 50 ilvl grand charm is enough, but to brew a skiller with 41-45 hp you need 91 ilvl gc, so they need to be farm from Nihl / Diabla / Baal, which are 95/94/99 lvl, respectively.
