Draft mode bug (FIFA 16)

In general, I will explain everything step by step, I hope someone will help:
1. I went into the draft mode of the network game, paid 15,000 coins, assembled the composition.
2. Played two matches, leaked in the second match - gave packs.
3. I went to the draft again, paid 15,000, assembled the squad. But in the "awards" menu I see the history of the last draft, that is, you win + loss
4. I play the first match, I won 4: 0. I go back to the "awards" menu. But the results of the last draft are still displayed there.
5. As a result, I played 4 more matches, won everything. That is, this is already 5 victories, and 4 is enough in theory. As a result, 15,000 coins were removed from me and the packs were not given.
6. Well, I think to hell with him, especially the next match. Leaked. The picture is still the same: the results of the last draft are displayed, no coins, no packs - nothing at all. And I can't put together a team, and start a draft on a new one too.
PS In the statistics "win-draw-lose" nothing happens either, as everything was, and it remains the same
