Training (FIFA 16)

Coach Career has a new training feature. Did I understand correctly that now the young do not develop by themselves, but train them over every week to develop? If so then this is pzdts.

Not much ??? In a month, I raised the status of a 15-year-old PP by 5 points. But the rest do not stupidly develop in the academy. So sorrow...
