The campaign has a slightly different system than in "quicks". If someone is wounded, he will be wounded in the next mission as well. with basic characters (Most likely this happens if you turn on Iron man mode, that is, without it, the character at the end of the campaign will automatically recover). This can be avoided if someone is injured or killed, press alt + F4 and try to go through again. But this only works if the Iron man mod is enabled (you can enable it before starting the campaign).
