Bolt Feather (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

To make bolts, you need a regular feather (not the feather of a monster or anyone else, but just a "feather"). I have harpy and griffin feathers. At the blacksmith, they can be decomposed into a monster's feather. Maybe I'm dull, but I can't figure out how to get a simple feather from a monster's pen ...

Only - buy the
"Feather of the Monster", by the way, for some bolts the same is needed, and, emnip, for some set armor / swords (Kota? I don't remember exactly)
