Removing excess (Heroes Generals)

How can you sell anything in the game? Or remove the soldier? I pumped far enough in the game, then a friend joined the game. I took a new fighter to be on the same level with him until he catches up with me. Now I don't need a second soldier, how can I remove him?
The same applies to weapons. I bought a rifle for the wrong soldier - one is my driver, and the second is just a fighter, and I bought a Kar 98 for the first. Why can't you transfer weapons and even sell them back? I still have unnecessary mines in my warehouse and so on.
