Steam freezes when updating City Car Driving (City Car Driving)

Good afternoon, I had one problem. I bought the game on Steam, bought City Car Driving there, the game was downloaded and the game was updated immediately, which weighs 8 GB, it hangs with Steam at 66% load, I tried everything already. Hope someone can help me! Thanks!
