The Rockstar Games Launcher does not see the game. (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I bought GTA 5 in epic games a year ago, everything worked fine, then I switched to a new PC. As usual, I downloaded epic games, installed gta 5. Then I downloaded the rockstar games launcher (since it is needed to start gta v) and it’s some kind of nonsense - there’s not a single game in the menu, only the install button and it doesn’t find it when scanning the game
