The water shimmers and makes noise. (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

When the camera moves, water flickers and makes noise, YouTube has cut the quality, it looks even worse in the game. With 0:20 anti-aliasing turned off, the water looks just awful. Others did not notice such a problem in the video, what could be the matter?
