Storm Coast does not load. (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

Across the table, on assignment, endless loading to Storm Coast. The animation of the loading icon is there so that the game does not weigh. Naturally, the game is face-to-face.

PS For especially smart and enlightened photos, not a screen because I'm writing a post from my phone - so fertilizer.

Have you tried to update or restore the game? Are the mods worth it? On weak PCs, 4 minutes can be loaded like this, especially if the HDD, not the SSD. Have you tried to leave the table and move through the map?

Heh weak ... Of course this is no longer top. But many configs will still give a shit. And so I found the reason. FASHION, or rather mod on the texture of the skin. As I understand it, this is a DLS location and therefore the mod does not work there. Thanks for the answer.
