Please help with the game. (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)
Skyrim Legendary edition.I can't meet the tax collectors (fines) in the game.
Specially made a few murders. There are penalties for 7K Septim. And another little thing for theft.
Running around Skyrim, but do not meet most of these collectors for more than a week real time.
How to generate a console?

Need Ref_ID, not Base_ID. Please share the code. It is very necessary.
Or how to activate the script to 100% to meet the collector.

Unfortunately radiant quests via the console cannot be activated, but only to get to the stage of the quest. Ref_ID from hired thugs there. And that quest activated you have to kill someone who has a relative(not child) and that he saw it(but not sure). Or steal from the NPC so that he see you. Like should be fine in possession. And then after a while when you change locations(most likely with fast movements) you can be attacked these hired thugs. I personally have not found a way how to trigger the quest through the console. They may not appear due to the fact that not complied with the conditions. Sorry if my advice at the expense of the conditions was not helpful.:(
