Problem with Dualshock 4 on pc !! Help me please!

Hello everyone! I bought dualshok 4 for PC. Everything was good in the beginning. I bought a Bluetooth adapter and everything worked. Then I installed DS4Windows and InputMapper. After this, Dualshok stopped working / I just deleted all the drivers and programs, after that it began to connect only by cable. On Bluetooth, he only writes: "Check the pin code and try again" or does not recognize it at all. Help me please!!!
Ps I already tried to restart DualShok, and updated the drivers in the Control Panel
