Episode 9 - Help and Retreat (3 Tanks Evacuation) (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

Can you please tell me where to find a 3 tank for evacuation? After the destruction of 7 main targets, only two tanks and a helicopter appear on the map. Where is the third tank? The assignment grades display 10 out of 11.

This is a screenshot from a video of one let player right at the moment of their appearance, I myself did not do it, but I had everything the same - two tanks in the north and south of the location. Didn't place mines, only C4 and a grenade launcher, did you have all three tanks? Completed additional mission? Can you roughly tell me where it should come from?
