there is a solution: in order to climb without a hook, you need to climb the ledge above the inscription for a better world. I got there purely by accident. To get there, you need to bend down from the ledge on the left (where and from where we climbed to find out the codes) and fly up to it (it may not work out the first time, but I again accidentally caught it), and then it just climbs up.
