Fifa 16 is not installed (FIFA 16)

When installing Fifa 16, the demo pops up a window with the words "Redistributable VC ++ runtime package is not installed. Installation cannot continue. (-2147024891) Tell me what to do?"

remove antivirus. It only helped me

shows me that everything is already installed on the computer, and when I try to install the distribution for visual 2013 and so on, it says that an error has occurred!
