Launching DS 2 SotFS on GTS 250 (Dark Souls 2)

Has anyone managed to launch this miracle on such a card? There are ways to run without dx11? The usual edition of ds2 goes without the slightest problems, but the scolar flies out right away with a white screen.
If there are ways, please share.

No, the game was restarted with new graphics, you can't remove dx11.

major changes in the reissue. You haven't lost anything. Unless you're a PvP fan.
