Installation assistance (Fallout 3)

help who faced such a problem. I press setup.exe and instead of starting the installation, a window appears in which it says this - "Another installed version of Fallout 3 was found. To install the Gold Edition of Fallout 3, first correctly delete the previous version."
I tried to clean it with different programs like Cleaner, etc. etc. but even in them it does not show any hint of any file from this game ...
